When needed, our professionals can offer their service at the location, requested by the client. In this case, payment for transportation / gasoline, as well as compensation for the time spent on the road from the salon to the destination and back at the rate of 50€ / hour will be added to the cost of the service.

For receiving a precise price for works outside studio, please send us detailed information – requested service, date, time and location – at any of the means of communication listed below, and we will calculate you the exact price for your service.

In case of canceling your booking less than 24h before the actual appointment, or not appearing: you’d be required to pay the cancellation fee, which is 25% of the original service price.

If being more than 15 minutes late, the salon has the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment, with a subsequent fee of 25% of the initial cost of the service issued to the client on the day.
