Product unavailable

Among Muse Beauty products you can purchase online, a product may temporarily be unavailable. In this event, when you click on ‘Add to Cart’, a window appears to inform you that the product you wish to order cannot be shipped at this time. You will be invited to enter your e-mail address in the window, and we will send you a message as soon as the product is back in stock.

There is no limit in terms of quantity and amount for purchase.

We accept Visa & MasterCard payments.

The products ordered on the site by our customers can only be delivered in the EU economic area. Only orders with an invoicing and delivery address located in the EU will be processed.

The orders for which a P.O box delivery address has been chosen cannot be processed.

As for the customers outside of EU, unfortunately, we do not offer an international shipping at this time.

If you have a promotional coupon code that can be redeemed from Muse Beauty, please enter the code in the Promotion Code field at the cart stage of the checkout. The promotion will be reflected in the subsequent checkout pages.

Please note that only one promotion code can be redeemed per order. We are not able to retrospectively add promotions to a past order – if a promotion was not redeemed at the time the order was placed, we are unable to update the order with a promotion at a later stage.

FAQ

Once your order and payment have been validated, you will receive an initial order confirmation email to acknowledge your order. Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, you will receive an order dispatch confirmation by e-mail. In this second e-mail, you will find either a parcel or tracking number.

Depending on the size of the parcel, your order may be sent via Smart Post, Omniva, Venipack or DPD.

We hope you are happy with your purchase. If you have changed your mind, you may return your order within 14 days from receipt date in accordance with Muse Beauty Returns Policy, for a refund, stated in our E-Commerce Terms & Conditions of Sale.

Muse Beauty allows you to pay for your order using secure payment methods:

– online payment by credit/debit card: You can pay for your order using the following cards: Visa, MasterCard: Your card details are encrypted (3 D Secure method).

The information regarding the Payments made on musebeauty.eu are never known or stored by Muse Beauty, they are transferred using a secure method to our payment partner, Stripe or Paysera.

The time between the validation of your order on musebeauty.eu and your account being debited is from immediate to 7 days depending on the payment methid chosen for transaction.

For all additional information concerning payment, please concatc our customer care at support@musebeauty.eu (Monday-Friday: 8am-6pm).

In case of a cancellation of your order, our Customer Care will refund in the original payment method within an average of 2 to 14 days from the order cancellation / product return day. The customer will be notified about the return at the email address used when placing the order.

You can book a Live Video Virtual consultation with our Beauty Expert via our online booking portal. With our live video consultations, you will be able to have a 1:1 beauty consultation, gifting consultation or after-care service with one of our experts on Google Hangouts. If you have a busy schedule or are unable to make it to our Beauty Space, then this is perfect way to have answers to all your beauty-related questions. Simply choose your beauty advisor and a time convenient to you.

Should you have additional questions or concerns regarding our products, email us using our Customer Care Contact.

Once your order is confirmed, you will be sent an order summary by e-mail. This contains the following information:

If you do not receive this confirmation e-mail, it may be that your order has not been acknowledged.

To check your order status, please contact us by sending email to our Customer Care contacts.

To receive the Muse Beauty newsletter, simply click on the ‘Newsletter’ icon at the top of every page. Then fill in your email address and click ‘Subscribe’.

You can also do so whilst creating your own account and check ‘yes’ to the question ‘Would you like to sign up for our newsletter and be notified of our exclusive offers?’.

Click ‘OK’ so that your choice is registered.

If you wish to unsubscribe from our Private Customer Registry, you may edit your profile under Your Account or simply click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of an email we have sent you.

When re-setting your password, visit the sign-in page at the top right, then click ‘Forgot Your Password?’. Enter your email address and a reset link will be sent to your inbox.

Whilst we will always endeavour to get your delivery to you within the nominated time period, please note there may be a delay over periods of high demand (e.g. Black Friday and Christmas). We also bear no responsibility for delays caused by extenuating circumstances (i.e. adverse weather, force majeure, etc.).

Delivery Partners

Depending on the size of the parcel, your order may be sent via Smart Post, Omniva, Venipak or DPD.

If you wish to cancel your order, you can send us an email with your order number. In case the parcel has been already dispatched before we could process your order cancellation, there is no way to cancel it, but the products can still be returned to us within 14 days from the delivery date, and after we receive the products back, we can then begin the refund process. Please also read our E-Commerce Terms & Conditions of Sale for further information.

NEED TO REPORT DEFECTIVE, INCORRECT OR MISSING PRODUCT?

Get in touch with our Customer care team by sending an email to support@musebeauty.eu. If you are reporting damaged or defective item, please attach photographic evidence of the product affected when submitting the request.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be returned, exchanged and refunded. Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@musebeauty.eu and send your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
